When Tracy started her realtor team in Jan 2015, no one thought it would grow to a team of 23 members within less than one year. Our team, team Tracy of NuStream is a team of diversity. In our team, there are members from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, and Russia. Each member is of different background, yet everyone is ready to help each other and share different culture and customs.

Many members join our team right after they passed the realtor exam. The experienced members are never hesitant to share their experience to let the new members know the market and grow fast. We not only share practical experience, we also invite experts to teach up to date knowledges of mortgage and insurance. By December 2015, our team have already sold 119 properties all over the greater Vancouver area.
